Wanda Lee Anders went home to be with the Lord July 30, 2008. She was born July 23, 1933 in Konawa, OK. Wanda attended school in Guthrie and graduated from Ada High School. She then attended East Central College in Ada. As an adult, Wanda moved to Oklahoma City, and has been a bookkeeper for 50 plus years. She had one son, Micheal Ivan Anders. Wanda married N.C. "Bill" Bishop in 1965. She loved Mike, Bill, family and fishing! She was a member of Quail Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Mike & Tina Anders; grandson & his wife Micheal & Amber Coddington and their son Joseph; granddaughter, Kristy Robinson; grandson Mark Anders; one sister, Waynoka Haskins; nephew, Robert Haskins & his wife Faye; niece, Linda Sossamon & husband Mike; niece, Amy Haskins; nephews, Billy Salter, Jamie Salter and Tony Salter; aunt, Ruth Ann Belitz; uncle, Paul Salter; and wonderful friend & boss, Don Timberlake. Numerous other family & friends also survive Wanda. She was preceded in death by her father, Ivan Salter; mother, Mary Watson; and brother, Myron Salter. Visitation will be in the funeral home Saturday & Sunday, August 2nd & 3rd from 9am - 9pm. A funeral service will be held Monday, August 4, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at Quail Springs Baptist Church.
