Carmenia Emma Chaffin, passed away June 27, 2010 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she was 88 years old. Carmenia was born December 16, 1921, in Berryville, Arkansas to William and Amo Hudspeth. As a young girl she developed a love for homemaking and taking care of others. Her father nicknamed her “Pretty Girl” after she was crowned football queen at age 16. During her life she enjoyed cooking and taking great care of her husband and three children. Carmenia was married to Jeff Chaffin for over 59 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Pat Mauldin, She is survived by her husband, Jeff of Tulsa, two sons, Mike and John and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
